I’m Janette El-Sabaa, the founder of OT For You and a registered occupational therapist with a passion for empowering children through play. My journey began when I noticed a gap in the availability of suitable toys and activities for my clients. As a paediatric occupational therapist working closely with children every day, I often received inquiries from parents seeking developmentally appropriate activities to support their little ones’ growth.

Recognizing the need for tailored resources, I established OT For You. Here, you’ll find a curated selection of occupational therapy-recommended products designed to foster development at every stage of your child's life. My goal is to make it easier for parents to choose the right tools to aid their children’s development, while also helping them understand the important milestones along the way.

In addition to my work at OT For You, I share valuable insights and tips on child development through my Instagram account, @otwithjanette. I believe that informed parents are empowered parents, and I’m dedicated to providing the resources and support you need.
